Super sweet staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Very quaint lobby with fireplace. Would definitely stay here in the future. Restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive. Food though was so-so.

The room was spotless. It was the perfect atmosphere before a day on the trails at Coalmont. ONLY suggestion Id have is put a fluffy comforter on the bed. Thank you! Ps. We loved it.

The staff was great.....but....shower in 220 did not work, phone did not work, crumbs in bed and I'm allergic to ciggarette smoke and after booking online over a week in advance like I always do for a NON SMOKING double bed, they put me in a smoking room because they were sold out. I personally and my family knew Jim Oliver the original owner. He would not put up with this. I stay there at least 5-6 times a year since the 60's. Mind you, we understand it went thru an ownership change(s), the kitchen burned down, took a while to open up the patio grill and they dont serve breakfast but this stay???? uncomprehensible and just downright unjustifiable for $145!!! Fix this place or you wont find as forgiving of customers moving forward. I'll be back in early January. Please dont make it my families last time. There are 150 of us that travel throughout the year and would rather drive from Florida to Bowling green next time around if this is whats left of Jim's legacy. Sorry, but true.

Hard to find lights once in the cabin. Not near doors and it was dark. There is a hole in the decking. Concerned about tripping in. The lighting on the deck was dim and someone will trip in the hole. Traffic noise was loud. Sounds like no insulation…traffic sounds were in my room! Lovely and enjoyable! Would recommend
