It is spread out across two levels, with a second living space/teenage retreat downstairs and a fully enclosed indoor/outdoor entertaining area with 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor bath.
The open living/dining area has reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with barista style coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and all pantry basics.
Relax on the large balcony that leads off the living area with ample outdoor furniture and breathtaking views that you will never get bored of.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full laundry facilities.
One of the bedrooms has a single bed that can fold out to a double.
Porta cot available on request.
Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle as well as ample on street parking.
