Staying at the beautiful Victoria is an experience not to be missed! I found the staff welcoming and attentive , the rooms and common areas beautifully appointed and comfortable and the meals varied and delicious from their breakfasts to lunch or dinner at the Ivy, their wonderful Michelin star restaurant . I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay and can’t thank the staff enough for making me feel so at home ! Antonia /Toni from Canada

The staff and service were fantastic and really made us feel welcome and as though nothing was too much trouble. The facilities slightly let the hotel down. The ‘Suite’ with a separate seating area had a small dark alcove with 2 uncomfortable chairs in it which was not worth the additional room rate charge. There were tea bags but no kettle, the chocolates and biscuits for the coffee were not refilled after arrival. And only 2 coffee pods were provided (there were caramel and decaf coffee but only 2 normal coffee) Also the TV channels were very limited and the remote control buttons didn’t work properly which was very frustrating. The overall stay was good but it was constantly overshadowed by little irritations which I would not expect from a hotel of this grade.

This charming, Irish boutique hotel made our stay so memorable. We loved the attention to detail from the lavender linen spray to the sparkling water and prosecco chilling in the fridge upon our arrival. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the morning breakfast options were delicious. We loved the Irish bread, and we were so grateful to receive the recipe. Above all, the staff were so friendly. We particularly want to acknowledge Mara for the hospitality she showed us. How amazing that she could remember all of the guests’ first names! Thank you for such an unbelievably amazing stay in your lovely accommodations which we continue to rave about as we travel around Ireland.

Maura was absolutely wonderful. She gave us some amazing local travel trips and was so personable. She remembered everyone’s names that walked in the door and treated them accordingly. All the staff were great but she was memorable. The room was perfect and was the best stay we’ve had yet in Ireland.
