I cannot say enough about this hotel. Justin at the front desk could not have been nicer. We will always stay at this hotel from now on. The rooms were beautiful! The restaurant was delicious. It was so close to everything as well. Very easy to get around.

What's not to like! The Randles is an amazing place. We stayed in one of the new townhouse rooms. It was beautifully furnished, including a lovely fireplace and mini fridge, even air conditioning! Private parking and great location. My ONLY complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was not quite sufficient for doing makeup and (for my husband) shaving. Reception desk...JUSTIN...is the BEST! Such a pleasure to meet him, very helpful, great sense of humor, still remaining professional. He was a joy to meet. Miss him already! Food was awesome, wait staff friendly, great people all around. If we ever get back to Killarney, we will definitely stay there again! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

I regret we could only spending one night here

This place is amazing, great views, fantastic staff, and an adorable town. Not to mention the antique furniture and art placed throughout the hotel.The egg benedict at breakfast was some of the best I've had! Will be coming day but for a longer stay!!

A really beautiful property. Room was pretty nice and bathroom was luxurious. The staff was welcoming but new server (not sure) in bar/restaurant. Not an abundance of food for breakfast but it tasted good. No pool. Definitely recommend for the ambiance.

The room was very nice. It was large and there was a lot of room. Our major complaint was with the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous and there was a lot of it. However, there was no enclosure for the shower. It made a mess. Water everywhere. There was no place to put your toiletries except above the toilet. They could've put like 3 different vanities in there for the customer but no. The water pressure in the sink was dismal. Difficult to shave. There was foam sealant coming out of the wall where the shower head came out. Just a very odd bathroom.

Nice hotel

We had a few mishaps during our stay here, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and the location is great! I didn’t love the breakfast, but the regular restaurant had great food!
