Sound side pier is just steps away to enjoy crabbing, fishing and a small sandy beach to launch your kayak or SUP. Public beach access directly across the road for easy parking and access. Super nice, family friendly neighborhood with Hayman Park just a short walk down the street. Located at Mile Post 6 close to two grocery stores and Dunkin Donuts!
For the fisherman with boats, there is a public boat launch just down Bay Drive for your boating and fishing adventure.

Nice and Quiet!

Beautiful Area. 1/2 block from the Sound with public fishing pier. Our host was so kind and made the process so easy. The house was perfect, clean and great air conditioned in all rooms. The beds were so comfortable ! Would definitely recommend !

Quiet, Comfortable, & Clean

This little house was great for our stay. The perfect size with clean comfort. The reason downgraded the stars on the location was simply because I would have preferred to be closer to the beach & it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be to get there each day. However, the description was 100% accurate & just as described. We had never been to OBX & I thought being just a few blocks from the beach wouldn’t be that bad. But, I wasn’t accounting for the sheer amount of traffic & lack of sidewalks and crosswalks. That is no fault of the owner. Thanks for the stay!

Great location for our OBX vacation

The property was in a perfect location with great views of the sunset over the bay. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Family Get Together

This place was perfect for us. Waterfront at one end of the street and park with playground at the other. Plenty of space inside and out. Beautifully furnished. Hope to stay again and again.

Perfect Outer Banks Cottage

This cottage was perfect. It was only steps away from a pier that overlooked the Sound. The decor was lovely and the beds comfy. If you like to be snuggly at night, bring an extra blanket or two as the house provided just a comforter and one blanket for each bed. Very nice rental. We would stay there again.
