This was our first trip to OBX and I found the property adequate for what we needed. The outdoor seating was a great bonus! I would like to make some recommendations, not sure if the property sat for a while, but it could’ve been cleaner. Found crumbs on the counter and windowsills were very dusty. Icemaker should be cleaned. Fan in hallway bathroom didn’t work. Sliding glass door was difficult to open and close. Entranceway with washer and dryer was very hot and musty. Originally saw that a grill was mentioned on the property and was not there during our stay. Not sure if this property was in transition, but there was no decor and side table drawers had old bills from the property. Otherwise it was a great distance to everything we needed.
