Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Our stay was great! The home was so clean and modern! Family and dog friendly! We love how close the beach is and it’s not far from a lot of popular restaurants. We are a family of four ( two adults, a 6 month old, and a dog) and it was a perfect fit. We will be back to visit again!

Perfect long weekend
This is a great townhouse that was very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. It was just a 1/2 block to the closest beach access, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to various restaurants for our meals. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Outer Banks!

The townhouse was exactly what we needed as a family of 4. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the ocean brew from the 3rd floor deck was nice. However, there was no furniture on either decks so that made it difficult to enjoy the inside space. The BR’s also both need dressers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase for your stay. Additional hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful as well as floor mats included with the linen. All in all, it was a lovely townhome and would be close to perfect with some minor upgrades. Thank you.
