Just a short walking distance from the beach, you will appreciate the convenience of accessing the beach and spending your days basking in the sun. After a long day, you won't have to worry about cooking up a hot meal. Chili Peppers Restaurant is located just steps from the property offering dining and late night options! Or you can sip cocktails on the deck or in the hammock, while listening to some jams and cooking dinner.

Come vacation with us for short stays or extended stays! Week days are an opportune time to visit the Outer Banks and avoid the weekend traffic.

The Cottonwood was a very comfortable home - it was clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed for our short stay. When it says short walk, it does not exaggerate - you can see the beach access from the house. The restaurant across the street was not an issue at all. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have had a broom to sweep up each day.
