An outside shower is available as well as a gas grill, picnic table, and decks to take in the clean ocean air. Our home is an excellent choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding, golfing, and eco tours.

Tides Inn is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, surrounded by bike & walking paths and just a few blocks from the beach. We are also convenient to Kitty Hawk, just a couple of miles away. Bring your boat, the Dock Street boat launch is less than a mile from our home. Walk to area restaurants, shopping, or the neighborhood coffee shop!

There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, range and oven, and Refrigerator/Freezer with ice & water in the door.

We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on the housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to get the house in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are included in your welcome letter. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home for your getaway!
