House was as described, except we were told we'd have access to a washer and dryer on the property. The door to where it was, was locked and when we contacted the host regarding it, they stopped communicating with us. It was very inconvenient because we packed light thinking we'd be able to wash clothes. I wouldn't book with them again.

Pro: Great location!! Cons: Rooms were very small in comparison to listing photos. Very little move around space in the bedrooms. The shower heads were oddly placed in a fixed position, so standing in the shower was awkward to wash. The listing showed beach chairs & a grill. Beach chairs were dried rotted & unusable. There was absolutely no grill on the property. Messaged the “host” about the missing grill. The host NEVER responded. Called the rental company “Seaside” they tried to say a grill was not in the listing - I proved it was listed via a screen recorded video that I sent to their email. They said they would try to get a loaner grill to us… NEVER happened - only said “sorry” offered nothing for the inconvenience. But the inconvenience left us with POUNDS of fish from an off shore fishing trip uncooked, having to figure out how to freeze & then transport home, since we didn’t have a grill to cook it on, not to mention an extra expense of eating out that night - due to not being able to do our fish fry. (& No… cooking inside was just not it, for the fish - no proper inside fish cooking kitchen equipment was available either)
