I came to OBX to go to the beach and this location was perfect! Beautiful beach front condo. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The condo has a great pool where my daughter met other kids her age to play with. The condo had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the beach to watch the waves and at night I could see lots of stars from the condo’s deck. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect location. Walkable to many restaurants. My fault for not noticing there was no ocean view from the deck. My husband and I enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the waves and listening to the ocean. You could not see the beach at all without walking out to the pool and up the deck to the beach. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Every time you moved the springs made a noise. Pillows were flat so our entire stay we barely slept. Our daughters said their bed was comfortable. The bathroom with the tub had soap scum all over it. Daughters did not enjoy showering. Upstairs was spacious and nicer. Place seemed dated. Pictures were deceiving. You get one wash rag and one thin towel for 7 nights. Guess you’re expected to do laundry daily. I bought towels and wash rags at target.

Was getting bit up in the beds at night. Believe we had bed bugs. The property manager had a pest control company come out and they saw no visible signs of bed bugs. I believe there were we got air mattress es and spent the last 2 nights sleeping upstairs in the dining room and did not get any bites. The bed rooms were downstairs where we believe the bed bugs were.

Such a nice, spacious and well equipped condo. It was much bigger than I imagined, and I enjoyed having so much closet space. Right in the beach and right next to the pool! Great place!

Great vacation spot

We loved our stay at Buddy’s Place. The upstairs is spacious. Bedrooms were nice sizes. There were a nice assortment of pots and pans to cook with. The pool was well maintained. We really loved our stay.
