Perfect property for a family.

We were traveling with our 3 grown children, one daughter was married and came with her husband and their one and three year old. The bottom floor was a perfect living space for them. We all loved having the pool. The third floor open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room with decks on every level were amazing.

Great Vacation!

This is a beautiful rental home with plenty of space and lots to do! From the pool and hot tub to the pool table there was always something for everyone to do. We also loved the location to the beach (only 3 blocks away) with public beach access just up the road. The only downfall is that you DO hear the main road traffic being that the side of the home faces the main road. Understandably it is a rental and there are bound to be small things wrong with people in and out on a regular. I wish there were reviews available prior to us renting just so we had a heads up on the small things. Just a few things we had taken note to, and called to report but never received a call back - a lot of the outdoor electricity did not work, the outside shower pipe was super rusted so did not look healthy to use, the one set of jets on the hot tub did not work, the one lamp downstairs did not even have a bulb in it, a lot of the blinds did not function, the one griddle in the kitchen did not heat up at all, the drawer under the stove would not stay in, there was a small hole in the wall by the front door that appeared a wire had been ripped out of b/c the wire was lying on the floor, there is NO door to the one bedroom on the middle level of the house (not a missing door, just NO door which made things slightly uncomfortable for my daughters who had the bunk bed room seeing as we were vacationing with non-family members), the vacuum did not work, the dryer was not vented out the wall so we had to hook that up, and the toilet paper holder in the powder room by the kitchen was broken off the wall and sitting on the back of the toilet. Again, we did not expect perfection seeing as this is a rental with people constantly coming and going from week to week, I just wish there would have been some kind of reviews so we were prepared for little things in disrepair. Overall we had a great week, and we laughed and joked about the little things so it did not stop us from having a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! If you have a wide variety of ages in your vacationing party you will be happy with what this place has to offer!
