The master suite upstairs features a queen bed, split-system heating/cooling, and private ensuite. Three additional bedrooms include queen, double, and bunk beds, with heating/cooling in select rooms.
Upstairs living is bright and breezy with a smart TV, fireplace, and access to an elevated deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks with ocean glimpses. Downstairs offers a second living area for extra space. The fully equipped kitchen and main bathroom (bathtub + separate shower) make family stays easy.
Outside, enjoy the backyard BBQ or a 5-minute walk to the beach. Take in sunrises over the valley and sunsets over the ocean from the deck, and explore nearby Bass Coast Rail Trail or George Bass Coastal Walk. With parking for 4 cars and easy access to Wonthaggi, Phillip Island, and Inverloch, this is the perfect coastal getaway.
