Staff is extremely friendly. Delicious food. Restaurant folks make some delicious goat meat. Free laundry service. Can’t beat Rwandan hospitality, and this place doesn’t disappoint!

Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay. Free laundry was a great additional service.
