Valentine's weekend away
This is our second stay at this charming hotel.
Good size car park awaits as you arrive at the hotel. A warm and friendly welcome ensured that we felt expected and important to the staff. The room was a good size with a king sized bed. Tea and coffee making was in the room and topped up daily. The bathroom was clean and sizable with a full range of toiletries.
The hotel swimming pool and spa with gym is a real bonus. The gym is being extended so will be even better.
The bar is open to locals who also give guests a friendly welcome. Good range of drinks and of course Welsh real ale. The restaurant serve great food. The Sunday lunch carvery is a real treat. Breakfast is extensive and wll worth getting up in the morning for.
With the Ferryside railway station only a short walk away ( Carmarthen is less than 10 mins away and there is direct train to Manchester!) and the beach also a stone's throw away, the Three Rivers is well located for the area. Great view from hotel's front bedrooms over the water to Llansteffan Castle.
Wifi is good and free!
