ACHTUNG: Nicht Khwai Tented Camp!!!

Es handelt sich nicht um das ähnlich kostspielige Khwai Tented Camp, sondern lediglich um ein mobiles Zeltcamp mit einfachsten kleinen Zelten. Zwar war der Service der 5 Begleitpersonen gut, jedoch war die Getränkeauswahl extrem begrenzt! Wegen der trügerischen Verwechslungsgefahr zur weitaus komfotableren Lodge sind wir deshalb insgesamt ziemlich enttäuscht gewesen (2 Nächte für 2 Personen = 1200€) Was bleibt ist immerhin die Erfahrung mitten im Busch zwischen wilden Tieren geschlafen zu haben.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!!

Primeiramente, poucos dias antes do nosso check-in recebemos um e-mail questionando a possibilidade de cancelarmos a nossa reserva via o site hoteis.com e pagarmos diretamente ao estabelecimento em dinheiro. Não aceitamos o pedido. Chegando no local, descobrimos que o serviço contratado não era de um ´hotel/tented camp´ como está divulgado no site, mas sim, tratava-se de uma operadora de turismo local: Bushbabycamps. O serviço desta agência era amador e improvisado. Não nos deram todas as refeições, como escrito no anúncio; nos cobraram pela utilização do banheiro/chuveiro. Nos foi cobrado também 250 doláres pelo transfer de retorno, que segundo o anúncio, estaria incluído. A nossa barraca foi montada na hora e não tinha nada a ver com as fotos, não havia cama, era um colchonete sem o mínimo de conforto e havia goteira dentro da barraca. Durante 2 dias não havia chuveiro disponível e ficamos sem banho. No último dia, nos fizeram esperar 2h embaixo da chuva por um transfer e deixaram nossas malas na chuva molhando todas as nossas roupas. Outro fato ocorrido foi que durante a nossa estadia, recebemos um e-mail dizendo que o "hotel" contratado estaria fechado nesta data, o que nos causou espanto pois já estávamos "hospedados". Resumindo, acreditamos que o site hoteis.com após o cancelamento da reserva pelo `khwai tented camp´ nos redirecionou, sem o nosso consentimento, para uma operadora local (BUSH BABY) que prestou um serviço de péssima qualidade, nos causando enorme dano.
