10,000 lb boat lift is available your use right behind the house. Dock is 40`. Small dog allowed with owner approval and pet fee. Sleeps 6 adults comfortable in the Master bedroom with a king bed and in the guest room with 2 full size beds. All the TVs are Smart. Ice machine on property.
