Lucky Old Sun is intentionally designed for island living, this luxury home features a beautiful outdoor living space with a gorgeous coral stone pool and patio that the home wraps Itself around. Indoors you will find living, cooking, and dining within an open floor plan spanning 14 foot ceilings. The entire south side of the home is dedicated to the master sanctuary while the second level provides the comfort of two guest suites, each with their own private bath, accented with sea glass tiles and stone floors to replicate the ocean and beach life. The Space:

The main floor features an open concept living spaces with spacious and a fully stocked chef's kitchen with professional Viking appliances.

The master suite, located on the first living floor, includes an in-suite bathroom, a king sized bed and a walk-in closet. Bathroom has double sinks and a large soaking tub as well as a glass walk-in shower. There is a private exit/entrance to the outdoor living area. There is also a half bath located outside of the master bedroom and just inside the large, private outdoor pool area. Down the hall there is a staircase located just inside the main entrance that leads upstairs to the second floor where you will find two guest suites.



At the top of the stairs you will find a landing area with a bench and two guest bedroom doors as well as a door to an elevator which will not be available for guest use without prior consent.

The first and second guest suites both have a queen bed and in-suite bathroom.



The exterior area of this home truly defines coastal luxury. The entire floor plan of the home was intentionally designed to enhance the private outdoor living space. The patio is great for lounging, swimming and eating meals outdoors with both sunny and shaded areas. There is a large outdoor television and spacious shaded seating area. Just outside the fence around the pool you will find a large private boat dock. The boat lift will house the owners personal boat and is not available for guest use. This commercial dock includes underwater lights which attract a large variety of fish in the evening and night. The wide channeled canal is located on the ocean side just minutes from the Vaca Cut bridge. There is an additional upstairs 'rooftop' deck great for sunrise views, coffee and tanning. The pool is a coral salt water pool, gentle on the skin and eyes!
