We rented the bottom floor of the property. It was exactly as pictured. The backyard area with private pool and outdoor kitchen were incredible. Monica was super attentive and responsive. Beds were comfortable. We always rent in Key Colony Beach when we come down the FL and this is the best property we’ve stayed at in 8 years. We will be back!

We had a great time! House was ready before check-in time of 4pm, so the property manager let us know we could check in a couple of hours early. The home was beautiful and has everything you need to live there for the week! We did bring some extra paper towels and toilet paper, and glad we did based on the reviews we read, but there is some there for you. We did have a few issues that were addressed almost immediately which included an outside house spicket that had a steady leak, and no LP gas for the grill. The property managers came within a few minutes and fixed the plumbing as well as dropped off new LP tanks. The only negative really about the property is that the tile around the pool gets EXTREMELY hot during the summer days. To the point where you have to wear sandals around the pool or you cannot walk out there. Also, the second bathroom cannot be accessed on the bottom floor unless you go outside in the back yard and through the laundry room. Other than that, I have nothing else negative to say! We would definitely stay here again! Hosts were great and AC was ice cold during June!

1 week in paradise

I took my family and our 24' Ranger Bay Boat to Marathon for the week. This was a perfect base camp. The location was perfect and made fishing the 7 mile bridge, patch reefs, and flats an easy run. We hit the nearby sandbars and came back to eat at Sparkys and Havana Jacks regularly. The ice maker on tbe property was a godsend. We had iced down coolers yeti 110 and 65) and fishboxes daily. The ice machine never struggled. The bait freezer was great to have pnsite as well The back patio area was a davorite spot of ours. Our kids lived in the pool,while we hung out under the tiki hut listening to music and hydrating.

Beautiful House

We loved this house, recent updates have been done to the entire property and it was very clean. Enjoyed the outdoor amenities and dock. Had several visits from manatees. Monica was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here, will be booking again on our next trip if available!

Perfect KCB home

This is home was beautiful and 100% spotless! While the inside was comfortable and clean, we spent almost all of our time outside enjoying the private yard facing the canal in the morning sun and afternoon shade. Everything we needed to make dinner / grill out was provided. Lovely home to spend time relaxing with our family.

Paradise in KCB!

Beautiful getaway

My friends and family and I cannot stop raving about this vacation home. We had an absolutely amazing time staying here for a long weekend. This house was recently renovated, and all of the finishes/decorations were beautiful. It was spotless upon check-in and the property manager, Monica, was always available if we needed her. The two kitchens (1 on each floor) were completely stocked with every utensil and appliance you could think of, as well as there being an abundant amount of towels/linen provided. This home was in the most perfect location. The waterfront views were amazing & was perfect to enjoy the morning sunrise on the upstairs deck with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back in the summer. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Beautiful property and great for family and friends.

Everything was perfectly advertised. Property manager was so helpful and very responsive. She’s amazing. The home was incredibly clean and tidy which made it very helpful with little hands everywhere. Only downfall was the pavers around the pool get incredibly hot and make it a necessity for wearing your shoes back there during the mid day… not sure what they could do about that. Home is still amazing and well thought out. Highly recommend.

Great House and Great Host

we enjoyed the location and the decor and layout of the house. The pool is very dangerous. Two of our guests slipped and one injured themselves. Be aware the pool and surface tile is VERY Slippery. Hot Water issues downstairs. I’m sure the host will correct these items and I would still rent again if the issues are resolved.

Great Place

The house is perfect for my family downstairs and our friends upstairs. The house was newly remodeled with a large driveway that fits plenty of vehicles and the boat trailer. The back yard was set up great with tiki bar, pool, grill, couches pool bathroom and games. Everything was clean. Besides needing to buy food, toilet paper and paper towels everything else was supplied. We definitely recommend and will be back soon

Incredible waterfront property for 2 families

We stayed here with another family, all with small children and the house couldn't be more perfect! The house looks exactly like the photos. Everything you need is here. Grill, ice maker, boat dock, and pool. We spent majority of our time in the backyard. There is a restaurant right down the street we were able to walk to with live music. We've already started planning our next visit!

Awesome house, will stay again!

This house is exactly as described and even more! Small touches made the difference. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone. One suggestion is having directions on how to use the TV’s and find channels. Thanks again for renting your home!

This home is amazing! Everything you need and more!

WOW! This was my first VRBO experience and it was AMAZING! This home is extravagantly decorated with everything you could possibly need and more. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space was awesome. Everyone in our group loved the pool, tiki hut, and especially the outdoor grill. Monica was so helpful and very attentive to any text questions that I had during our stay. She went above and beyond my expectations! This home is so worth booking. Our group has already planned a stay for next year - Can’t wait! Thanks again Monica for everything!

Amazing

This property is amazing. Literally brand new and perfect. Pool was small but great size for taking a dip or for my school age kids to play. Backyard patio was perfect for lounging and grilling out. Entire yard fenced so great for my 3 year old to keep out of trouble. Beds comfortable for sleeping. About 16 minutes to Sombrero beach. We saw manatee in the canal, a short boat ride to the open ocean or restaurants for dinner. Hope we can go back.

Marathon Paradise

This 2 unit complex was brand new. Very well equipped. Backyard tiki bar and pool area were the best! Great place to relax with friends and family. Close to everything. Property manager responded quickly to any question or need. Highly recommend.
