Great boutique hotel , the staff and shuttle service were wonderful. The breakfast was sufficient and good. The just need a touch of upgrades on the mattress . Otherwise, well managed.

Great place to stay

Welcoming and helpful staff when we checked in. Our room had a beautiful balcony. Breakfast was excellent. The best thing was the free transportation around the area. There was a foot of snow the day we were there and driving was difficult. Sadly, we only stayed one night.

This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants and you can’t beat the shuttle that takes you wherever you want to go. The rooms were very cozy. The restaurant is also 5 stars!! I would definitely stay here again

Red Carpet roll out

Grace and Chantel at the front desk are a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond for us everytime we are in town. Will at the restaurant, Spinner at the bar, Fede at the wheel and all of the ladies in the breakfast lounge are extremely accommodating and super attentive. They know exactly what I like and they always remember what my colleagues and I like to order. I love the Knob it is my home away from home! With sweeping, picturesque views to its cozy lodge like interiors. It is the most intimate hotel in town. You are always greeted by a warm fire with even warmer smiles when you walk in. Thank you all for making my stay extra special this year! Looking forward to seeing you in the spring!!

We had a really nice time. The property is a bit older, but it has been well-maintained, and everything (pool, hot-tub, sauna) was in working order and clean. Having made-to-order fried eggs and bacon was cool, too. Really great experience.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was large, bed was comfortable, restaurant was delicious, and every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. Parking can be a challenge because the lot is not very big, but they do their best to accommodate you, even offering to bring your car into the lot as soon as a spot opens up. Only other issue was the pillows on the bed - they were all very large, which can be uncomfortable for some. Wish they would mix large and small pillows like many other hotels. We would definitely stay here again!
