Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The entrance leads over an external stair and a 15 sqm terrace directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 single bed and TV. Kitchen as intersecting room, 18 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. TV channels in different languages


Location
Keszthely, district Kertváros. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
