Leisure facilities let's you down big time 👎

Everything in hotel room and lobbies and what you would expect from a 4 Star hotel however the leisure centre is very poor everything you look at can do with a deep clean drains in showers smelling doors hanging of locker's. New lights have been fitted where old one's obviously were not even filled the old holls or bothered to paint the old outline I would have done a better job in my garage so the star ratting doesn't reflect the pool or changing facilities. It's a shame because when last revamped was obviously very good job it's just not been maintained. A good powerwash of all loungers and fixtures and fittings would go a long way.

I would consider the hotel 3 star plus. Its time for a complete refurb and upgrade. I pulled a bedside cabinet drawer and the front fell off. The carpets in the room and around the hotel were well trodden and in need of renewing. It is a big hotel but lacked sufficient clear signage to guide guests around.

We had a nice stay however shower was ok not great low power and leaking fridge was loaded but did not work and had an issue with power which was quickly sorted (10 mins) and breakfast food meat options were cheap and not great The rest was very good for us

A nice place to stay

It is a nice and comfortable place to stay It would have been convenient if there is a Bus service stop nearby from the Hotel to the Town Centre We do not drive and it was expensive for us to get a taxi from the Hotel to Town Centre or to Ashford International Train station

Had a wonderful stay as always, our room We initially got put in the air conditioning didnt work, we were promptly changed rooms and upgraded at no cost, the two receptionist were wonderful just sorry we did not get there names

Very poor maintenance. In my room the aircon didn’t work, the extractor fan in the bathroom wouldn’t switch off so was really noisy, the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was wobbly so couldn’t use it, the toilet flush didn’t work. When I told reception about the extractor fan they just told me to close the door so I couldn’t hear it

Hotel was very convenient and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful and the parking was generous. One down side was a dirty non-slip mat for the bath and rather thin walls with noisy neighbours.

Lovely spa day & overnight stay! Highly recommend

I enjoyed a wonderful spa day here with my friend. The spa amenities were good and the staff were lovely. We had a delicious lunch as part of the spa package. I then stayed the night in one of their normal, double rooms, which was lovely and spacious, the bed was enormous and so comfy (I need one of their pillows for home!). The bathroom was roomy and had everything you needed. Only one tiny complaint would be that there were no sockets anywhere near the bed, which was frustrating as I need to sleep with a small fan on, and here I had nowhere to plug it in. Overall the stay was lovely, and I would definiteley stay again.

I loved that my dog got a welcome doggie goody bag on check-in and she could eat breakfast with us. Very clean, modern and lots of choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again. We stayed the night before as we caught the channel tunnel the following morning which was convenient.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The pool and spa were very clean and well run with pleasant, friendly staff. Overall a brilliant stay. This was our second stay. It is conveniently located for driving to the nearby shopping outlet. The room tariff is also very reasonable.

This is the worst hotel I stayed. It needs an urgent refurbishment. 3 of the 4 days I stayed Breakfast was late by 30 minutes and the staff just didn’t care. No refunds could be processed as the booking was through Hotels.com. The food on the evening was terrible. I won’t go anywhere near this place again.
