Located within the desirable Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, guests will enjoy a plethora of onsite amenities such as the community pool with waterfalls (which you’re only a 5-minute walk away from), a fire bar, fire pits, and a 6,000 square foot community center and clubhouse inclusive of fitness center and game room. If venturing out beyond the resort, make your way to the Kennebunks or Portland for fine dining featuring fresh local fare and international flavors. To make the most out of your stay, the home graciously supplies beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool floats along with a beach wagon and pack & play for transporting the littles to and from your desired destination. At the end of long days exploring, relax by your personal back patio fire pit and sip on an evening beverage while catching up with friends and family.



The home’s modern interior exudes coastal charm, with ample windows illuminating each room in natural light. Sink into plush living room sofa and armchair seating as you queue up that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. The sparkling kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for the convenience of preparing meals at home. Snag a high-top stool at the counter for 4 for a quick and casual meal or gather the whole group for formal meals in the dining room at the table with seating for 6. In the early morning hours, fire up the coffee maker and take your fresh cup out onto the patio to immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature as you plan out the adventures of a new day.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles.

• There is a 7-night minimum requirement.

• The main pool will be open through 16th of September 2025, and the upper pool will remain open through 29th of September 2025.

• Prior to your stay, please note that the Homeowners Association (HOA) requires completion of standard forms. These forms outline additional regulations and also request details regarding your stay, including guest and vehicle information, among other requirements.

• The furniture arrangement may differ from what is shown in the photos; however, the same furniture remains in the home. 



Maritime Meadows offers a quiet countryside setting with convenient access to two of Kennebunkport’s most scenic beaches. Gooch’s Beach is 7.7 miles away (14-minute drive), known for its soft sand and gentle waves, perfect for a relaxing beach day. Goose Rocks Beach is just a bit farther at 8.4 miles (14-minute drive), offering a peaceful stretch of coastline ideal for walking and tidepooling. Enjoy the tranquility of Arundel with the coast just a short drive away.
