Quit accessible near the Beach and Restaurants. But too noisy, washroom basin was almost broken, the manual lock on the room was not working compalint many times but no solution in the end. Stayed for two nights, because of noise if you want to take afternoon nap after swimming forget about it.

Worst hotel ever seen

Probably the worst hotel I’ve been in. Dirt everywhere, broken air conditioning positioned right on your head at min temperature and max fan (with no possibility to lower it), unfriendly staff, smelly receptionist. A real nightmare to the point that we decided to checkout the same day we arrived. Yellow stains on the pillow, white stains on the head of the bed. I don’t understand how they are still in business

Oda temizdi fakat otel yeni olduğu için asansörü henüz çalışmıyor. Odada minibar yoktu. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş tam bir iş bitirici. Telefondayken hemen iletiyorum hemen ilgileniyorum diyip hiçbir şekilde o söylediğimiz iletilmiyor. Umarım en yakın zamanda bu eksik yönleri geliştirirler.

Otelin konumu ve güler yüzlü personelleri için 2 yıldız veriyorum. İnternet sitesinde görünen resimlerle alakası yok. Açıkçası İnternette gördüğümüz resimlere bakarak gelmiştik. Fiyat performansı değil kesinlikle. 4 gece kaldık ve memnun kaldığımı söyleyemem. Bu sıcakta asansörün bozuk olması her gün en üst kata in çık yaptık. Kahvaltı kesinlikle beklenenin altında. Ama benim için en önemli şey temizlik. Asla temiz değil asla. Sanki bizden önce kalan kişilerin pisliğine konmuş gibi olduk. Buzdolabının içindeki küfler mi dersiniz, banyoda yerlerde dolaşan kıllar mı dersiniz herşey vardı. Temizlik konusunda sınıfta kalan bir otel. Tek olumlu şey personellerinin kibarlığı ve tek teşekkürü onlar hak ediyor. Yine bu otele gelir miyim? Sanmıyorum. Umarım özellikle temizlik konusunda dikkatli olurlar.

Kötü bir deneyim

Temizlik berbattı, klozette bir önceki müşteriden kalan idrar lekeleri vardı. Resepsiyona iletip iki saat sonra otele döndüğümüzde temizlik yapıldı denildi ancak sadece temizlik yapılmış görünümü vermek için havlu klozet kapağına serilmişti. Tekrar temizlik yapıldı ancak 3 gün boyunca ne oda temizliği yapıldı ne de havlu vs değiştirildi. Klimanın yön paneli olmadığı için klima açınca donduk, kapatınca yandık. Duşta kilolu veya iri birinin rahat hareket edebilmesi mümkün değil. Tek artısı konumu ve Duygu Hanım'ın müşteri memnuniyeti için ilgili davranması.
