We stayed in Kellogg because we wanted to bike the Hiawatha Trail - it was close to that, and also close to Coeur d'alene where we went for dinner. If we are back in the area, we would stay at this house again. It was clean, cute and in a great location.

Clean and spacious house close to many amenities.

Our family came to Idaho for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious for 5 adults, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and also the quaint, private back yard complete with a grill and table and chairs. The house was within walking distance to restaurants, trails, ice cream and the grocery store. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this very well maintained house !

House was wonderful, spacious, plenty of bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Location was convenient and easy to find! Very clean! The garbage can was full so we were unable to take out our garbage as requested, but that was the only issue we had. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic time. The house was clean and well stocked! Even on a hot summer night the vents and ac worked great! Close to all kinds of fun activities…and the public swimming pool is free to everyone! This house has ample parking for two vehicles and comfortable beds. Highly recommend…

Property worked out great

Stayed here and it was convenient to the church where a funeral service was being held. Everything in Kellogg is handy. We ate at Radio Brewing which is within easy walking distance and Casa de Oro. We also ordered pizza from Wildcat pizza for delivery. All the necessary equipment was there for our family to use. The house was clean and handled our group of five easily.

Would like to have a larger trash can to put our trash out. Since the house can hold 12 people. Since we all drank a lot of water. Idaho really should have bottle bill return.

Unexpected disaster, but masterfully handled...

Upon arrival to this property we were hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of mold. Upon investigation of the basement, the carpet was found soaking wet and spongy as it seems there was a water intrusion problem (which is very typical of basements in Idaho during the wet winter). I immediately contacted Evolve who put me in direct contact with the homeowner, Mike. Mike immediately contacted me about the problem to apologize profusely and to start planning how to tackle the problem. Mike worked with me to determine how disruptive having a restoration crew come to the home would be during our Thanksgiving retreat which is very considerate. The restoration crew was able to setup entry points with zipper doors to abate the awful mold odor which was definitely necessary. We did loose the bottom half of the house, a full bedroom, a second living room area and a full bath... and with 8 adults in the same space made for a real challenge, so I had to re-direct some of my family elsewhere. Mike more than made up for this by offering a generous discount on the rate we paid. The home is newly remodeled and offers all the creature comforts one would expect in a modern home. The kitchen worked particularly well for us as it was Thanksgiving and I (as a chef) was able to make an incredible meal using the equipment provided. One small warning: the hot water from the tap is VERY hot! I'm sure this is due to the freezing cold temperatures and to prevent pipes from bursting... but beware! I kept burning my hands every time I turned the sink on! All in all, the home was perfect for our Family gathering and was in a perfectly central location. I definitely hope to return here for future visits.

My group of four adult guys rented the house for a fly fishing trip on the North Fork of the Couer d'Alene which is close by. The house worked out perfectly for our group. It is a well maintained older house and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. We each had our own bedroom. We cooked our own meals and the kitchen had good appliances and everything we needed. We will try to rent this again on our next trip to Kellogg.
