We had three issues with the hotel. First, it’s 900 yards from the nearest tram stop which is the only way to explore Strasbourg and the rest of Kehl. There was no mention of that in the material we reviewed prior to booking. Second, the size of the room. We booked a comfort double which was supposed to be 237 SF. There’s no way room 62 is that size. Third, their pricing is out of whack for a property with no proximity to notable sights. $18 for a run of the mill breakfast buffet. $18 for a gin and tonic. Really!

Nice hotel. Room was a bit small just a sliding door for the bathroom. We got a room towards the street and it was a bit noisy. Make sure to ask for a room towards the back

A lot of money spent on visual art but insufficient staff for late arrivals, early check-out, nor any food for late travelers in spite of advertisement for dining, with doors shuttered to reception and restaurant and no restaurants close by. It gives you a feeling of guests inconveniencing the hotel.

The Hotel was very cozy and cute. Was very clean and rooms were nice and updated. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Only a 15 minutes walk to the tram and from there another 20min with the tram to Strasbourg. Very easy to find.

Great value hotel!

Super cute boutique hotel, impeccably clean, cool bar and restaurant. 15 min walk to the tram, which runs every 12 minutes, and it's 30 min to the center of old town Strasbourg.

Our one reservation not mentioned is that the restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday. As the weather was changing we left on the Sunday even though we had prepaid. There are no similar standard restaurants nearby. A shamE as the hotel was good though no airconditioning. The food was great but you must book as they were just able to squeeze us in the first night only.

Great hotel

It’s a quiet hotel but that doesn’t take anything away from the experience. The staf we’re friends fly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The Covid precautions in place make you feel reassured and it must take the staff ages to prepare breakfast as everything is in single servings The garden is beautiful and a peaceful setting The room was Lovely and VERY clean I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you

This hotel was very nice and the staff were all professional and friendly. It was comfortable, convenient and quiet. The setting for summer outdoor dining was very nice and romantic too. The only concern that we had was that there was limited parking because so many folks showed for dinner each night. This left only limited or no spots for guests. The hotel was conveniently located. We enjoyed staying in Germany while visiting mostly in France :)
