Location

Perched at the top of the wooded valley overlooking the long sandy beach just 800m away, Villa Mounda Poseidon enjoys views that stretch across the Ionian Sea to the island of Zante. The long soft sands shelve gently into the clear waters, and with just a few sunbeds and a couple of tavernas & snack bars, Mounda beach has a near-deserted and natural feel to it. Indeed, in both directions this stretch of coastline takes in several protected areas where the endangered loggerhead turtles come to nest.

Just a short drive away, the village of Skala offers a number of good tavernas & cafes, shops, quiet nightlife, and even watersports from the fabulous beach for the more adventurous. The added convenience of several supermarkets means you are never far from everything you might need for a relaxed holiday. From the villa, a short walk brings you to the small village of Ratzikli with a cafe and plenty of traditional character.

Garden - Small lawn with trees and hammock plus children's area with slide and swings. Brick BBQ and table tennis.

Two Sea View Balconies - both with wonderful sea views and have coffee tables and chairs.

Ground Floor - Open plan living area. Air Con unit

Kitchen area - Fitted cupboards, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and sink. Small table with two chairs.

Sitting area - Two comfy sofas and L shaped sofa, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only) and DVD player, wifi and doors to covered terrace and garden.

Dining area - Wooden dining table and chairs.

Shower room - Shower with glass door, hand basin, WC and washing machine.

Double Bedroom - One double bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror with dressing table and doors to sea view terrace leading to garden and pool area. Air Con Unit.





First Floor

Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror with dressing table, doors to sea view balcony. En suite shower room, hand basin, WC. Air Con Unit.

Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking area just outside the door of the villa.
