Back at the house, you can enjoy cosy winter evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, or take advantage of the fresh mountain air during the warmer months. With seasonal beauty and a calendar of local festivals, this region is an appealing destination all year round.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, including one king room and three queen rooms, with an additional sofa bed in the living area suitable for children. Climate control is provided with both air conditioning and heating throughout. The spacious living area features a large television with free-to-air and streaming options, a generous lounge setting, and a ten-seater dining table ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full dinners.

There are three bathrooms in the home, along with a laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. Guests are provided with essentials including towels and a hairdryer for added convenience.

Outdoors, the property offers a unique and inviting space with a Chinese garden, a tennis table for entertainment, and a fully fenced, styled front yard. Parking is ample, with covered space for two cars and additional off-street parking for up to four more vehicles.

The location is highly convenient, with major supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi, along with a variety of restaurants and shops, all within two kilometres. The Leura Cascade and Prince Henry Cliff Walk are just a short 100-metre stroll away, while Katoomba RSL is 800 metres from the property. Access & Keys: This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All properties are in residential areas with strict noise rules. Noise outside between 10 PM and 8 AM, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violations may lead to eviction, bond forfeiture, and extra charges.

Wifi Access: Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Listing Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
