The place was tired & needed some TLC. We had a 1st floor room & didn’t realise this when booking in. However, the facility was accommodating & moved us to a ground floor apartment with no issues & ease and were friendly & approachable. The included breakfast was a welcome & was a variety of cooked buffets or continental. Tea/coffee/juices. Centrally located & secure. Pool was a refreshing oasis after a day of exploring.

No late arrival check-in access code sent

We were told we would be sent a message detailing how to access our room key as we had contacted the hotel already to advise we would be arriving after reception was closed. We received no message. Fortunately for us another guest arrived, who had received a message, who was then able to access the safe with all the envelopes containing keys for guests yet to arrive so thankfully she was able to let us have our envelope, plus the gate code for the car to come back into to locked car park. What would have happened without the other guest?? Very concerning

Not a bad stay - the room was nice (although the bathroom needs some love) and it was close enough to town whilst also avoiding the highway. I had trouble entering because the access email had been sent back in Nov - that's my problem but maybe look at resending it again when guests are arriving. Parking was a bunfight with guests leaving their cars wherever they could and there were a lot of noisy people leaving very early but I get that's hard to stop.

Where do I start? I called the Property to let them know I would be there late. They said there will be a key in a box for me. I arrived. No key in the box. Tried calling for 20 minutes. No answer left a message as I had my granddaughter with me got a return call to be advised that there was a key in the box under the carpet And my room was number six only to find out when I got to room number six someone else was in there on a man with a 20 month old child frighten the life of him not to mention myself to then be told no you can go to a mix Room number four another man sleeping. It’s 11 o’clock at night they said as these people were in the rooms and not meant to be there that would send someone around to sort out. I was then given so called upgrade rooms not on upgrade at all. I would not stay again as the room my key I was given could open up every apartment I wasn’t the only one with one of these keys safety not so great Not to mention that I’m saying that it was gonna send someone at 11 pm or 1130 by this time to kick them out on the street and beat them up not very safe or secure nor something I want to hear in front of my 20 month old granddaughter. Bed was hard sheets were not so nice they had pilling all over them shower was cold no hot water taps were falling off. The wall and tiles were broken in the entry to the bathroom. Internet service was very slow TV didn’t even run programs on pay TV very disappointing. The pool was nice. The staff in the morning very apolog
