Beautiful Istrian natural stone villa 1891 quiet location, garden,pool,WiFi,10 min beach

We, the Bodakoš family, offer you beautiful accommodation for your stay in a typical Istrian stone house, which was built in 1891. The house is located in the historical core of the village. It was completely renovated in 2012, comfortably furnished and offers enough space for 2 to 8 people on three levels.
The upper two levels on 120 square meters of living space consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The equipment is first class and offers every comfort (internet, free WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bicycles etc.)
The Konoba, the lowest level on 50 square meters, is a cozy living area in a beautiful atmosphere consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen, fully equipped, with a pull-out sofa and a bathroom. We provide this living area for 6 or more people.
The villa also has a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, which is available for your sole use. A brick charcoal grill will make grill professionals' hearts beat faster. We are also happy to grill for you twice a week on request - the first barbecue evening is free of charge. We are also always available to help you with tips on excursions and restaurants.

Had an amazing stay at Sanja & Zlatko's lovely property. Beautiful home inside and outside with an amazing pool, what more could we ask for.The home has been renovated to a very high standard by the owners.Stunning pool home in a peaceful location too. Sanja & Zlatko were very warm and welcoming when we arrived, and when we left.Always nice to meet the owners for a chat :) Highly recommended if visiting Croatia. And plenty of places to visit close by. Plua was stunning.

Beautiful Property

The property has been restore to a prime condition, with ample space inside and outside. It is located within driving distance of many tourist attractions. A vehicle is essential, although the little town has a few gems as well.

Wir hatten eine fantastische und entspannte Woche in der schönen Villa Šterna. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Zentrum unseres Urlaub war natürlich der Pool in dem gepflegten Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume und dem Duft von Rosmarin konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Die Gegend bietet mit schönen Stränden, kleinen Städten und guten Restaurants viel mehr Ausflugsziele als wir in einer Woche wahrnehmen konnten. Zlatko und Sanja sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und gute Tipps für lokalen Wein und Olivenöl bekommen. Auch kulinarisch ist Istrien auf jeden Fall eine Entdeckung!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Zlatko und Sanja so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die beiden sind unglaublich gastfreundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit für ihre Gäste da – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Besucher wirklich am Herzen liegt.Die Ferienwohnung ist blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig genug zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem nah an allen wichtigen Ausflugszielen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zlatko und Sanja hatten viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände und Restaurants.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war eine traumhafte Woche! Die Gastgeber Sanja und Zlatko sind einfach total unkomplizierte, nette und sehr herzliche Menschen und wir freuen uns sehr, sie kennengelernt und als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben. Sie haben uns viele Ratschläge gegeben und waren bei Fragen jederzeit greifbar. Das Häuschen und der Garten wurden mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet. An Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :-)

Ankunft und Check-In in Ordnung. Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben. Leider 2 Punkte als Kritik: - kein Wäsche- und Handtuchwechsel, wie im Inserat beschrieben nach 1 Woche. - Hygiene Problem (Mäuse in Küche und Wohnraum) Aufgestellte Fallen der Vermieter brachten keinen Erfolg. -> keine Nutzung des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer möglich! Nach Reklamation beim Vermieter und Bitte um einen Nachlass, wurde dies sehr unfreundlich aufgenommen und man wurde beschimpft und Anschuldigungen vorgenommen, teilweise sogar persönlich beleidigt. Daher kein schöner Abschluss des Urlaubs.

Familien-Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Šterna. Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool sind traumhaft schön, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und der Charme des alten Steinhauses ist trotzdem erhalten geblieben. Die Eigentümer Sanja und Zlatko sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns viele gute Tips für Strände, Ausflüge, Restaurants und Weinproben gegeben. Es ist wirklich der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub mit der Familie oder Freunden in Istrien, wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen.

Viel zu entdecken

Urlaub wie er sein soll!

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Villa Sterna. Haus, Garten & Pool waren hervorragend gepflegt, das "Onboarding" prima und unkompliziert "geführt" - und somit ein schneller Einstieg in Urlaub und Erholung. Die Gastgeber waren toll und immer mit Ratschlägen & Tipps oder bei Problemen ansprechbar. Vielen Danke für zwei tolle Wochen mit vielen Eindrücken!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

11 Tage waren wir (2 Pärchen) in der Unterkunft von Sanja und Zlatko. Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Mix zwischen den erhaltenen Steinwänden und der modernen liebevollen Einrichtung passt perfekt und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Pool und der Sitzecke laden zu entspannten Tagen und gemütlichen Abenden ein. Das Grundstück ist geschützt und obwohl es im Kern des Ortes liegt, sehr ruhig. Von dem kleinen Örtchen aus erreich man Porec und Vrsar innerhalb von 15 min. Auch Strände und Buchten sind schnell zu erreichen. Sanja und Zlatko sind als Vermieter jederzeit zu erreichen und helfen wo es geht. Die Tipps der beiden haben uns tolle Ausflüge und Zeiten beschert. Die zwei sind super offenherzig und lieb. Die Einladung zum gemeinsamen Grillabend haben wir sehr gerne angenommen und einen sehr schönen Abend zusammen verbracht. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter an all diejenigen, die einen rundum tollen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchten.

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort

Ein idyllischer Ort ruhig gelegen und doch in der Nähe der Küste. Supernette Gastgeber die jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung standen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben haben! Alles was man für jeden Tag braucht im Ort fussläufig erreichbar (Minimarkt, Restaurant). Ein fantastischer Pool, mit Wasserfall, top gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Absolut traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus zwei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht! Die Lage ist super, mit dem Auto kann man von dort aus alles in wenigen Minuten erreichen (Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wasserparks usw.) Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet für 8 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Vielen Dank an Roland und seinen Frau für den schönen Empfang und auch an Zlatko für das tolle Essen und die vielen Tipps! Sanja lernen wir hoffentlich das nächste Mal kennen! wunderschönes haus

es hat einfach alles gepasst! ... das schön modernisierte, klassische istrische haus, der gepflegte + artenreiche garten (mit oliven, granatäpfeln, limonen), der grosse pool, -alles war tipptopp! die zimmer inklusive der inneneinrichtung liessen keine wünsche offen und waren sehr gepflegt. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Echter Sommerurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Labinçi als Familie sehr genossen. Das großzügig gestaltete, restaurierte Haus ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was uns für einen Familienurlaub wichtig ist. Es ist Teil des historischen Ortskerns des Dorfes und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der kleine Dorfladen liegt ganz in der Nähe, hier bekommt man unter anderem morgens leckeres, frisches Brot. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten und natürlich der Pool mit Wasserfall sind ein echtes Highlight. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, gute familienfreundliche Restaurants sogar zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit ansprechbar und haben viele gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Einladungen zum Wein waren besonderer Ausdruck kroatischer Gastfreundschaft, an die wir uns gern erinnern. Traumurlaub

Vielen Dank für wundervolle zwei Wochen! Wir waren begeistert von dem herrlichen Garten sowie dem geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus. Man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen und auf Urlaubsmodus umstellen. In Wirklichkeit ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Sanja und Slatko haben sich ein kleines Paradies erschaffen dass sie glücklicherweise auch mit anderen teilen. Einer unserer schoensten Urlaube!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und haben mit dieser wunderschoenen Unterkunft einen fantastischen ersten Eindruck von Land und Leuten bekommen! Zlatko war ein fabelhafter Gastgeber der uns von Ankunft bis Abreise mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Gleich am ersten Tag nahm er mich mit zu seinem lieblings Winzer und zeigte uns auf dem lokalen Bauernmarkt wer die geschmackvollsten Produkte anbietet. Wir haben uns in dieser Oase von Ruhe und Inspiration nicht nur sehr gut erholt sondern auch sehr viel Kraft und Muse getankt. Schon bei Abreise war uns klar dass wir bald wieder kommen wollen. Wir koennen diese Unterkunft und die Vermieter nur aufs waermste empfehlen und moechten uns nochmal fuer die tolle Zeit bedanken!
