Beachside House is a holiday home in a terraced house complex, in Siviri, Chalkidiki. It is about 400 m. away from the sea and is ideal for families.
Beachside House is a fully furnished, double-fronted, two-floor house with an attic. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. The open plan kitchen and living room, the WC and two porches are on the ground floor. In the living room there is a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen has an oven, a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a dining table for five. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a big wardrobe, a TV and its own balcony, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed, a chest of drawers, a TV and its own balcony and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In the attic there is a comfortable semi-double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and there is a large green space in the middle of the complex.
The house is five minutes on foot from the beach (Blue Flag with lifeguard) and the pedestrian street with the beach bars, the cafes and the fish taverns. It is 190 m. away from the closest mini-market and 300 m. away from the super-market. Kasssandreia Health Center, as well as doctors’ offices and pharmacies, can be found at a 5 km distance. Kallithea, known for its nightclubs and as a place for evening strolls, is 8 km away. The thermal spa of Agia Paraskevi, in the seaside village of Loutra, in Kassandra, Chalkidiki, is located at a distance of 28 km. Finally, the big amphitheater of Siviri is home to the Art Festival of Kassandra, which takes place every year.
