My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff was courteous and attended to our every need. There are some great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that were able to cater to my wife's special dietary needs. The hotel room was very comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool too! Overall, we will definitely stay at the Sandman again when we are in the area!

We stayed for the BC Games. I was so impressed by the patience the staff had when every parent literally checked in at the same time at 10:00pm. The room was pretty clean. There was a little added tidbit(bowls small plates and cutlery) for convenience. Boston Pizza and A&W within walking distance. Nice place.

The room was in fair condition. The hotel is dated and requires cleaning up, new carpets, paint, furniture and a basic scrubbing. When we requested a room refresh after two days the bed wasn’t made up properly nor was the carpet vacuumed so it left the visit wanting. Front of the house staff were excellent on checking in.
