The room was great and spacious. Bedding sheet is not confortable and too small. Only 2 single duvets were put in the room of 3 people, so had to share a single one at 2. Plenty of safe parking and great location to town.

Excellent hotel, rooms are spacious, good bathroom. Beds are comfortable for Turkey. Extra pillows provide pn request. Staff are particularly attentive and helpful in all aspects with good command of English. Breakfast is very good and will keep you going all day. Breakfast staff are lacking in attention to detail. Having to regularly asking for, bowls, cups, cutlery, tea, milk, yogurt etc. Which is a bit painfully everyday. Otherwise, its better than most that I've beenbto in Kaṣ. Would I book again at the Payam. Definitely Yes. Thank you

Worth the visit!

My room, 833, had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Same with my family also staying in a room just one floor below. They came to work on both rooms stating it was an issue with the building being older. They came almost immediately and checked/cleaned. It smelled great for 24 hours but was back to the same issue the day after. Honestly, the customer service at this hotel made up for that issue. They were great. I appreciated they spoke English because my Turkish isn’t great at all. Always friendly and willing to help. Would stay here again but I’ll ask for a different room/building if possible. Great view of the ocean, breakfast spread is impressive and the entire hotel property is very idyllic. Parking is tricky. Be sure to note they have a private parking lot that requires you to call them to open the gate each time you want to enter or exit. Very safe!

This is a hidden gem of a property. The staff is so kind and professional. They go out of their way to make sure your vacation is memorable. The food is fantastic- the daily breakfast is great. The location is in a quiet section of town (5 minute walk to town) with direct views of the Aegean Sea. Free access to the Leymona beach club, allows you swim in the sea. Best of all this property seems to be run by mostly females, empowering women in the town.

Beautiful Hotel Complex

My friend and I went on a short vacation to Kas and really enjoyed this hotel. There was a slight mix-up upon arrival about our room selection so if you go with a friend, double check in advance that you booked a room with 2 beds and take a screenshot. Somehow, my selection wasn't registered at the hotel and we didn't get the room we reserved. They managed to find an alternative option for us thankfully. Overall, the experience was great and I would go back again. The rooms were super clean, the breakfast was great and they had fantastic restaurants on site with amazing views! Highly recommended.

Outre le fait d’avoir dû demander deux fois avant qu’on nous ouvre la barrière du stationnement, l’hôtel est bien situé, à deux minutes à pied de la marina et des restaurants. Chambre avec vue superbe sur la mer, climatisation efficace, tranquille pour dormir. Le personnel, peut-être parce qu’il s’agissait d’étudiants, manque un peu d’expérience. La nourriture, tant à la pizzeria qu’au resto de sushi, était correcte, sans plus. En somme, agréable hôtel.

The hotel, room, local restaurants, and environment are excellent and well worth the stay. The only small downside that stood out to us was that housekeeping could have been better. Remove the empty bottles (not the recyclable water bottles provided), replenish the toilet paper and even replace the dead batteries for the air conditioning controller. That aside, the place is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, we will miss the freshly baked bread. Thank You for making our final days in Turkey exceptional.
