The roof top room was lovely and clean. AC worked well! Very good location close to the beach and city centre. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that the manager of the hotel was slightly rude to both me and my husband. In the past two weeks in Turkey, we have been treated with kindness and respect everywhere else. Hence we will conclude he was just having an off day.

Very clean, well-kept premises; convenient location; good breakfast in pleasant garden. Not the hotel's fault, but street dogs very noisy during the night. The community needs to do something about this.

Loved everything!!

Overall, It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful cozy hotel with a stunning view, lovely staff and very delicious traditional Turkish breakfast. I would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Kas.

Great experience at a prime location

I've been to Kas multiple times before and have stayed in various places. This was my first stay at Livia and until I found it online I didn't even realize the hotel. It has a prime location as being in Kucukcakil and every attraction is available by walking a few minutes. The rooms were cleaner than any hotel of the same rating and everyone was very helpful. The room looked to be either newly furnished or very well maintained. Bathroom is the first thing I look for in a hotel and it was very high quality. Normally the hotels in Kucukcakil don't provide as good of a service due to the advantage of the location but Livia was definitely an exception.

We arrived out of season and weather was awful! So this clouded our experience at the hotel. However breakfast great. We were the only residents. Hotel basic but clean and position excellent. Better to visit in summer!

Cenazemiz sebebiyle erken ayrılmamız gerekmesine rağmen tüm tatilin masrafı alınmadı, sadece kaldığımız günün tutarını ödedik.
