Interieur gut, Service und Essen teilweise grausam

Ein hübsches Hotel, leider komplett ohne Seele. Personal reagierte mehrfach auf die normalen Fragen, wie z. B. "Wie finden wir Schwimmbad?" unverdeckt genervt und pampig. Frühstücksbuffet. Vielfalt Fehlanzeige und wenn Sie ein Rührei z. B. haben möchten, dann müssen Sie bis spätestens um neun da sein, danach hält man es offenbar nicht für notwendig, das was ausgeht nachzufüllen. Ich muss an der Stelle betonen - es handelt sich um einen 4 Sterne Hotel, das nicht günstig ist. Beim Anlegen der Moorpackung wurde ich von der Dame angepflaumt, weil ich nicht gleich verstanden habe, wie ich mich hinsetzen soll. Die Krönung war der Silvester. Wir haben 59 Euro p. P. gezahlt, wo ich im Nachhinein mich gefragt habe - wofür? Angepreist waren vielfältiges Buffet, Livemusik etc.. wir waren dann in einem Nebensaal ca. 20 Meter vom Hauptsaal entfernt. Wie es sich dann herausgestellt hat, die Musik gab es nur im Hauptsaal.. Für diejenigen, die im Nebensaal gewesen sind, blieb nur ein bescheidenes liebloses Buffet übrig. Als Dessert z.B. Kekssortiment, das offensichtlich aus einer Fertigpackung stammte. Sekt auf dem Tisch nur keine Sektgläser, als Aperitif Becherovka in 200 ml Wasserglas. Erfreulicherweise hatten wir sehr nette Tischnachbarn. Parkplätze Fehlanzeige. Verweis auf ein Parkhaus in 2 km. Wir würden deutlich entspannter auf vieles reagieren, wenn es sich um ein Hotel mit einem Übernachtungspreis von 50 eur handeln würde. Wir sind mit einem Gefühl gegangen, abgezockt zu werden

Ein gutes Hotel, mitten im Zentrum mit gutem Essensbufett. Erstaunlich war, das im Preis sogar das Abendessen inbegriffen war. Da sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Aber im großen und ganzen ist das Spa Hotel eine gute wahl.

Definitely not worth the 4 stars...

The disappointment already started at the check in. They copied my surname incorrectly from my booking confirmation and could not provide my spa schedule because it was after 6 (I guess). When I received it the next morning the room numbers were not correctly written and I missed them all. I tried to ask the reception where I could find them but they couldn't explain it to me properly because they couldn't speak much English. Furthermore the room was dirty (stains on the curtains and carpet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and it would be appropriate to lower their star rating.
