Great place for families, with nice breakfast included in our stay. Location is primo, you can walk the entire city easily, as it is very centrally located. Very friendly staff, responsive and helpful. We definitely would stay here again, highly recommend.

Amazing boutique hotel in the middle of it all!

Beautifully appointed room, delicious breakfast, polite staff who went above and beyond: the Golden Key was a fantastic experience. Situated between the Market and Mill Colonnades right in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Only thing to be aware of: it is impossible to drive up to the hotel; so, it’s about a seven minute walk from the closest parking (provided through the hotel) with suitcases in tow. Well worth the trouble.

Hotel prima, aber Angaben zum Parken sind 100% falsch, folglich weiter entfernt und teurer. In Hotel.de steht: "Parkplätze ... auf dem Unterkunftsgelände (300 CZK pro Tag) ... nur begrenzt verfügbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze 200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ..." Tatsächlich gibt es Null Parkplätze in Hotelnähe und reservierbare Parkplätze für 300 CZK pro Tag in 500 m Entfernung. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es nirgendwo.

Sehr schönes, vor drei Jahren renoviertes Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Karlsbad, Parkhaus in der Nähe, tolle, geräumige Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt, hervorragendes Frühstück. Einziges Manko war, dass kein glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück für meinen Mann bereit gestellt wurde trotz vorheriger Information ans Hotel.
