Yes I had an ocean view room but they were not co operative at all I had a food poison and got very ill there didn't had the breakfast after having for the first time but they didn't provide anything to me except the fruit extended for one more day due to health issues but no co operation from the staff and property

We loved stayed at the Marine Plaza, we had a sea view room with an outstanding view of Marine Drive and the Mumbai sunsets. Rooms were clean, staff frieand helpful and the food was lovely. Ubers were very easy to get directly outside the hotel but also walkable to the Gateway of India.

Fruit flies when I checked in my room - took 4 days of pest control to clear it- Stayed here for 9 days.Did not provide an alternate similar accommodation when I requested to give me another room of similar category - I paid for partial sea view and was offered neighboring building view as an alternative , cheaper than what I prepaid - no privacy . Not even offered discount when asked for the inconvenience .Did not even apologize !!! Not worth the price charged.

Not a 5 star but 3 star hotel

The Executive Room was dark and small. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water was just trickling! The exhaust fan in the shower didn’t work at all. The soap dispensers in the sink and I the shower was broken and the soap would not dispense at all!!! They say their hotel is a 5 star but it is not. I would rate it as a 3 star for the dark room they had given us. Paid more than $400 for a 3 star hotel! However, the breakfast was good 👍 Friendly staff!. I don’t think I got value for the money I paid!
