Booked ground floor room and was told that Horels always change up the room when booked. Room was changed to a ground floor room. Patio style door did not properly lock - was not equipt with any type of dead bolt system.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Carpets needs vacuuming and shampoo in shower was empty. But these are minor things and it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again. Very happy with our stay. ☺️☺️
