In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "Kappl Ulmich" 550 m. Ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 50 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Please note: On the day of departure, the 1st floor must be vacated by 8:30am. Luggage can be stored in the remaining rooms on the main floor until 10 am.
