Es war super schön! Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und es ist Haustierfreundlich.Ein Ort zum runterkommen.Nur auf der Dachterasse ist das Sofa leider nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.

Urlaub mit ein wenig Mängeln

Wir sind am Samstag angereist und mussten leider ein starken Fischgeruch feststellen und der verging erst nach einem Tag.

Ostsee alleine ist schon toll

Ressort und Lage sind toll. Die Dachterrasse war leider nicht schön und an der einen oder anderen Stelle haben wir doch bemerkt, dass die Saison zu Ende geht. Viele Menschen hinterlassen viele Spuren. Der Service vor Ort war gut.

- Lage super - Infrastruktur sehr gut - Sauerkeit unter aller Kanone - Einrichtung sehr verwohnt (Wohnsitzecke musste mit Decken abgedeckt werden) - Gläser und Besteckmenge sehr überschaubar - Terassenmöblierung dringend austauschbedürftig

Noch verbesserungsfähig

Prinzipiell war alles gut. In den Kleinigkeiten aber nicht toll. Der Strandkorb war dreckig und so nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Perlator am Waschbecken müsste dringend gesäubert oder ausgetauscht werden. Zum besenreinen säubern, gab es leider keinen Besen und auch kein Kehrblech. Die gebuchte Bettwäsche gab es nur auf Beschwerde. Mängel sollten von uns direkt angezeigt werden, aber die bestehenden Mängel wurden nicht von selbst aufgelistet. Das WLAN Passwort wurde uns zwar mitgeteilt, aber das erneuerte Passwort gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Für den Preis nicht wirklich gut!!!

Tolle Erholungstage

Zu erst das Positive: Wir konnten uns Wunderbar erholen, der Ausblick aus dieser Wohnung ist ein Traum diese Ruhe ebenfalls. Kommen sehr gerne wieder! Es gab aber leider auch etwas Negatives: Die Wohnung war zu um 16 Uhr nicht bereit zum Einzug, da die Putzmitarbeiter noch dabei war, die Wohnung zu reinigen, wir konnten erst eine Std. später einziehen. Leider mussten wir dann feststellen, das die Wohnung an einigen Stellen und Zimmern doch nicht gereinigt wurden. Kleinigkeiten erledige ich immer selber als Hausfrau, kein Thema ;o) aber das Gäste-WC war mir dann doch ne Nummer zu viel. Das sollte unbedingt besser werden. Positiv war dann aber, das der Gästservice sofort kam und alles sauber machte.

Wer ein schönes Häuschen mit Kamin und Dachterrasse sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Schönes Haus, alles ordentlich. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es Bedienungsanleitungen für die Sauna und den Kamin gegeben hätte. Aber wir sind auch ohne zurecht gekommen. Es wäre auch toll wenn es on Zukunft mehr Küchen Utensilien gäbe (Suppenkelle und co). Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub.

Leider gibt es auch was negatives.Auf der Dachterrasse sind die Liegestühle kaputt.Im Wohnzimmerschrank haben Gläser gefehlt, ein Anruf hat das Problem sehr schnell gelöst.In der Küche fehlen auch noch einige Utensilien. Ansonsten war alles Super wir kommen sehrgerne wieder. Mfg Lothar und Sabine Dey
