Stunning apartment in Olpenitz

HAFENOASE is a generous and spacious maisonette holiday apartment on the first and second floors.



The harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz with its growing range of amenities and shopping facilities as well as the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz are within walking distance. The maritime mini-golf course is in the immediate vicinity and offers fun for the whole family.



A special feature is that the HAFENOASE is located in the first row to the harbour. The unobstructed view of the harbour is therefore a particular highlight of the HAFENOASE.



As soon as you enter the holiday apartment on the first floor, the relaxation begins. You are directly in the quiet area of the apartment. The apartment's three bedrooms are located on this floor. No matter which bedroom you choose, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a TV for alternative entertainment. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a TV. In the living area, the sofa bed can be converted into two more comfortable sleeping areas in a few simple steps.

There is also a well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.

On the second floor, the HAFENOASE lives up to its name. Here you are welcomed by the floor-to-ceiling window front with the adjoining terrace. Enter and immediately feel at home. Relaxing on the cosy living area, enjoying the tranquillity of nature from the window or watching TV is pure relaxation and recreation! Everyday life becomes more and more distant... If the weather takes a turn for the Nordic side, the wood-burning stove with its crackling fire provides additional cosiness.

The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and cooking together is great fun. Enjoy the finished delicacies on the terrace or enjoy a cosy barbecue evening.

You can access the large south-west-facing terrace directly from the living area. Here you can spend many relaxing hours in the sun all day long.



A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and infrared sauna ideally rounds off the complete package for a relaxing holiday.



You will find your own parking space in front of the holiday apartment.
