Welcome to the "Olpi" holiday home in Olpenitz.
This detached, 98 m² house features an open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and kitchenette, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The loft-style design with floor-to-ceiling windows creates a spacious feel.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV or curl up with a good book. The sofa can be easily converted into a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping option for a child.
The kitchenette offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms. One has a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm), and the other has two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm). One bedroom has a wardrobe, and the other a chest of drawers. The windows have blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The ground-floor bathroom features a bathtub, a heated towel rail, and the highlight of the house: an infrared sauna. It's the perfect place to relax.
Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a heated towel rail.
An additional bedroom with a large king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a sofa bed is also located upstairs.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace. A charcoal grill is also available for a convivial barbecue.
A highchair and a crib are provided for the little ones.
Your furry friends are not only tolerated, but warmly welcomed. Food and water bowls are provided for your four-legged companions.
Two parking spaces belonging to the house complete the amenities.
