TThe holiday home "House by the Fjord" in the OstseeResort Olpenitz offers 86 m² of space for up to five guests and combines modern living with a maritime flair and proximity to the sea. The two-storey accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm), sofa bed, and Smart TV, the second with two single box-spring beds (100 × 200 cm), Smart TV, wardrobe, and children's toys. Darkening options, a baby cot, and high chair provide additional comfort. The open living area with a modern kitchen forms the heart of the house. The kitchen is extensively equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as Nespresso and coffee machines. Dining area, sofa, Smart TV, radio, games, and Bluetooth speakers invite cozy hours. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Two bathrooms offer additional comfort: one with a walk-in shower and infrared cabin, the other with a bathtub. A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure a cozy atmosphere in every season. The terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal grill, and an adjacent lawn invites you to relax. A private beach chair, hand trolley, and children's toys make the stay especially family-friendly. Parking directly at the house as well as an e-charging station are available. Your dog is also welcome on vacation: we welcome dogs up to 25 kg. Leisure activities such as sailing, windsurfing, cycling, and swimming are available in the immediate vicinity. Das Ferienhaus war einfach großartig. Die Sauberkeit unübertroffen! Noch nie haben wir so ein sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist grandios. Man merkt sofort beim hereinkommen schon, dass hier jemand mit ganz viel Liebe und Gefühl zum Detail eingerichtet hat. Ein kleiner Ort zum sofortigen Wohlfühlen und Seele baumeln lassen. Der Standort ist für Ausflüge auch großartig. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es lohnt sich, diese zu erkunden. Der Ort ist noch im Aufbau, und wir waren nicht zur Hauptsaison dort, von daher war vieles noch geschlossen oder noch im Bau. Wir können uns aber gut vorstellen, wie schön es dort mal sein wird, wenn die Flaniermeile mal fertiggestellt ist. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen, wenn unser Herz wieder Meerweh hat.
