Harbour House - First Row on the Water, Roof Terrace, Fireplace, 2 Parking Space

The stunning semi-detached house "Harbour House" is the last house on the banks of the Schlei fjord and offers all the luxury you could wish for! Following a complete renovation, the house features a central ventilation system in all rooms and offers maximum comfort, especially for allergy sufferers.
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the light-filled, subtly and timelessly designed living and dining area. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, this area offers breathtaking views across the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea. On the other side, you'll enjoy a wonderful view of the harbor.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a leisurely evening of cooking. Another highlight of the house is the Finnish sauna – unwind with a wellness session while enjoying the sea view.
After your sauna, you can relax on one of the three Bangkirai wood terraces, perfect for any time of day and wind direction, and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Schlei fjord and the view of the Baltic Sea.
Our favorite spot in winter is snuggled up in front of the fireplace or in the Finnish sauna with a view of the water. In summer, we recommend a barbecue on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine.
Parking spaces for two vehicles and a lockable bicycle shed are available in front of the property.

Please note that construction and renovation work is taking place in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. Prices have already been reduced due to this situation, and a subsequent discount is not possible.

Die Doppelhaushälfte am Wasser mit Blick in den Hafen -und auch auf die Schlei, war einfach fantastisch. Sonnen & Mond Auf- und Untergänge traumhaft. Sonnenterrassen und Balkone zu allen relevanten Seiten. Ein mega bequemer Strandkorb. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung waren super schön und komfortabel. Die Küche war wirklich toll ausgestattet. Sowas hat man selten! Zusätzlich Elektrogrill, Sonnenschirm, 2 Parkplätze, Außenbeleuchtung und Decken für die Terrasse machten es sehr heimelig. Auch der Ofen mit ausreichend Feuerholz. Wir waren zu sechst dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Herzlichen Dank!

Tolles Haus auf drei Etagen mit einem super Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang vom Schlafzimmer und den Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt zwei Bäder - an eines grenzt direkt die Sauna und Terrasse. Wir waren Wiederholungsbucher und sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal in dem Haus.

Erholsamer Urlaub in sehr schönem Haus

Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe super aufgeteilt mit 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ( WC). Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, der Meerblick aus allen Zimmern fantastisch. Der Vermieter hat sehr spontan auf unseren Wunsch nach einem weiteren Bettlaken reagiert, sehr netter Kontakt!Das Ressort gibt nicht viel her aber das wussten wir und das Edeka Bistro ist irgendwie ein Highlight .

Familienurlaub in Olpenitz

Wunderschönes neu renoviertes Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und hochwertig. Toll sind die vier Terrassen. Irgendwo ist immer Sonne. Das Resort könnte allerdings ein paar mehr Geschäfte und Restaurants gebrauchen.

Sehr schön, leider war der Schlüssel nicht vorhanden in der Box.Hatten da schon zwei mal nachgeschaut. Haben dann telefonisch iKontakt aufgenommen und uns den den persönlich von der Anmelden abgeholt. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schönes Haus,wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt
