This extraordinary holiday experience invites you to enjoy the slower pace of life, surrounded by the endless expanse of the sea. A breathtaking backdrop stretches out before your eyes through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts, while the roof terrace with 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and the sailing and sports boat harbour promises spectacular views.



The floating house extends over three levels, with the upper floor boasting an open-plan living and dining area. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen and the adjoining terrace not only offer culinary delights, but also an impressive view of the water. From here, the path leads to the spectacular roof terrace, equipped with high-quality furniture and a Weber electric barbecue, the ideal place to celebrate the holiday feeling and experience breathtaking sunsets.



The house's oasis of peace is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sauna. The master bedroom impresses with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a wrap-around terrace that offers a mesmerising view of the water. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds and an additional TV, promises cosy nights and relaxing hours.



Whether you use the underfloor heating and sauna in the darker months of the year or plunge directly into the refreshing Baltic Sea water via the bathing ladder in summer, the Sutsche floating house offers the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV with home entertainment programme, a Blu-ray player and even an all-round harbour cinema from all levels and a practical handcart is available for a walk on the beach.



And for those travelling with their own boat, a private mooring with shore power and water connection is available directly at the house. The car parking space at the jetty rounds off the offer.
