Baltic Sea holidays in a modern holiday apartment in the first row to the water. Furnished to a high standard and stylishly furnished in a maritime country house style, the Küstenwind holiday apartment boasts an exclusive location directly on the harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling windows and a phenomenal view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday apartment offers complete holiday luxury. The view falls on the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei with passing sailing ships and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.



Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.



Situated above the things, passing sailing ships can be observed from the entire living/dining area and the balcony as they enter the Baltic Sea. The harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll.





Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room, which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa or Stressless armchair. You can also listen to your favourite music on an Internet radio.



The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony invites you to enjoy a barbecue with a view of the water.

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt im Resort und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Manko: der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb und soll das auch für längere Zeit bleiben. Wer darauf angewiesen ist hat ein Problem. Da ich das erste Mal dort war, hätte ich mir am Empfang mehr Infos gewünscht. Trotzdem werde ich wiederkommen :-)

Ich hatte in diesem Sommerurlaub drei Ferienwohnungen im OstseeResort Olpenitz gebucht: - Ostsee: modern eingerichtet mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die Schleimünde und Ostsee - Goldfisch: noch ganz neu, tolle Wohnung! und - Küstenwind: ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen, weil direkt über der Service Agentur und war von allen dreien begeistert! Alles im top Zustand! Die Wohnungen kann man allesamt weiter empfehlen! Vieles in diesem "Ferienort" befindet sich im Moment noch in der Entstehung, im Neubau, weshalb es auch Baulärm gab. Aber das wurde im Vorfeld bei Buchung einer Fewo bereits erwähnt. Sicher werde ich mal wiederkommen und bin sehr gespannt, wie das OstseeResort in Zukunft nach kompletter Fertigstellung aussehen wird. AEA
