Personnel parlant très bien anglais, très belle chambre avec vue fleuve, parking par ascenseur un peu stressant mais très fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Très bien situé pour les visites. Good location, great view to love river, spacious room, convenient for shopping and foods. The only minor issue is that the housekeeping doesn’t do a detail cleaning so many areas in the room are very dusty. I think I would stay again if I visit the area again. Hopefully the management will address the housekeeping cleaning each room thoroughly so the guests can feel confident about the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.

Room was clean. One person at front desk could speak a little English and helped us with trip planning. The free breakfast was comprehensive and had mostly Asia lunch and dinner items. Enjoyed the coffee and beverage selection immensely. When we requesteed for additional water bottles, they delivered to our room within 5 minutes.great job.

The room is clean and nice, bathroom/shower was great, bed is comfortable, and the harbor/river view is excellent. I especially love the sitting area next to the big window for you to enjoy the view. However, be sure to keep your door key/card safe because they charge 500NTD if you lose each if you lose it. Also, for some reason there is an unplesant smell at the front entrance and some other areas inside the hotel, and it almost made me think that they have some kind of sewage issue in the surrounding area. Breakfast was OK. Mechanic parking only accommodates smaller cars but I managed to find street parking next to the river so it wasn't too bad. Very good location that you can easily walk across the bridge to the pier/arts district.
