There was no check in. The code I was given only worked on a disgusting looking laundry room. The code I was given did not work on the actual living area up stairs. I tried over and over again on both the door knob key pad and the lock box. The host was unreachable by email and after I gave up on the host and we found another place to stay. In the mean time I was going to my American Express app to dispute the charges and the number that came up was Verbo, I didn't know that till I called. I explained to them what had happened ( I was not the Gentelman I usually am and I'm not proud of that ) it was 12:36 Sat morning, we spoke for 41 min mostly me waiting for them to get in touch with the host and they never did. Then I was accused of not telling the truth, they wanted to know if I videoed while I was entering the code on the key pad. Any time I talk to people the way I did, I have to be very upset and I ended up hanging up on them because we arrived at the place that we were lucky to get on short notice and I had my son and a grandchild with me and we were exhausted and ready to go to bed. I did get hold of American Express and I disputed the complete charge.
