Our recently updated private suite is in the lower level of our home in the charming town of Kanab. You will have a private entrance next to your parking space. There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee. You will be close to the city's center, hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. You can bring your mountain bikes inside. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can.
Pets: We love to host well behaved pets! We have a stake and tie-out available for them to safely enjoy being on the porch with you. Please pick up after them. Pet MUST be attended by an adult at all times in the house or yard. When booking with a pet, please give us details of your pet(s). We strive to maintain a clean space for our guests so we do request that pets not be allowed on the furniture or bedding. If your fur baby is insistent on being glued to your hip, please or use the provided pet sheets and towels to protect the upholstery and bedding.
