The Dolce Villa No62 has a large secluded garden on the south. The modern and contemporary feel lets you know that you are not dealing here with a standard, as you'll find in most homes in the park. We have with much love and joy of the house in such a way to give you the feeling of space, luxury and comfort. Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind dort. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und liegt recht ruhig. Zum Strand nur wenige Gehminuten. Eine Kleinigkeit, die die 4 Erwachsenen gestört hat, die in den oberen Schlafzimmern geschlafen haben, waren die dort nach unserem Empfinden etwas kleinen Betten mit für uns unbequemen Matratzen. Ist natürlich eine subjektive Empfindung. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus ist super sauber, geräumig und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit der Familie da und haben einige sehr schöne Tage über den Jahreswechsel verbracht. Auch unser 15-jähriger Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktioniert sehr gut und wir können das Haus bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet, auch der Garten lädt zum Ausspannen ein. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Kurzurlaub in Zeeland
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Die Lage prima. Kinder können sich dort sicher und frei bewegen. Der Park bietet viele Angebote, Verleih von Rädern, Supermarkt etc.. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und der Strand wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage!
Das Haus besticht durch die super Lage, man benötigt ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und mit Kleinkindern empfehlen wir daher mit Transporthilfen sich zum Strand zu begebeny. Es gibt keinen direkten Fußweg dorthin, man muss über eine kleine Straße oder Fahrradstrecke gehen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war der umzäunte sehr private Garten, da konnten wir einfach Morgens unsere beiden Kinder aufs Trampolin schicken und man musste nicht befürchten, dass sie auf die Straße unbeaufsichtigt rennen. Wenn jemand gerne kleinkindgerechtes, bruchsicheres Geschirr braucht, lieber selbst mitbringen. Die Betten sind ok, auch mit Kleinkindern, wir haben unsere zwei einfach quer gelegt, damit niemand aus dem Bett burzelt. Das große Bad oben ist klasse, die Dusche unten standardmäßig klein und das Gäste-WC auch, wir konnten uns aber mit allem arrangieren. Haushaltsraum mit Waschmöglichkeit ist super! Bei der Roompot-Zentrale des Areals kann man essen gehen, mit Spielplatz vor dem Außenbereich und die wichtigsten Dinge einkaufen. Gerade mal 800m entfernt! An Regentagen ist das Schwimmbad und Spieleangebot super zu nutzen. Man ist aber auch innerhalb von 20 Min in der nächsten größeren Stadt Middelburg mit dem Indoor-Spielepark Mini Munde, wirklich gut, an Schlechtwettertagen. Wir waren zufrieden und hatten Glück, bis an einem Tag, täglich das Meer besuchen zu können! Die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Danke und viele Grüße Familie Emmrich

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Der geschlossene Garten ist ideal um auch kleine Kinder spielen zu lassen. Das Trampolin im Boden ist dabei ein schöner Bonus. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in angemessener Zeit erreichbar und super sauber.

Goed gelegen maar zeer basic
Vlotte communicatie en leuke ligging, alleen jammer dat het huis zo onpersoonlijk is - er is geen pen, boek, korreltje zout aanwezig, er waren 2 halve toilet rollen en 2 vaatwastabletten dus heel veel spullen zelf bij moeten kopen in de supermarkt. Ok als je hele week huurt maar onpraktisch voor een weekendje. Zou omwille van corona zijn maar vraag me dan af of dit in de prijs verrekend is.
